More buzz in France with a showcase of alt.fuel cars and prototypes. The vehicle featured on the link (click the title) is the coolest and I personally would love to drive around in it. From Wired:

The Courrèges Zooop, which is a home-grown French design, purportedly runs on a lithium polymer battery for a top speed of 112.5 mph and can travel 281 miles on a charge.
